Jack Daniel’s Rye is a Tennessee whiskey made from a mash bill of 70% rye, 18% corn, and 12% malted barley. It is aged for a minimum of two years in new charred oak barrels. The taste is characterized by notes of spice, oak, and vanilla, with a smooth and slightly sweet finish. It can be paired with spicy foods, such as chilli or spicy chicken wings, or with dark chocolate desserts. It can also be enjoyed neat, on the rocks, or in cocktails like a Manhattan or Sazerac.
